Read First

The clearest way to know these terms.

Core principles for fair and proper use.

Use the right service honestly

Choose the page or service that matches what you are actually doing, and provide truthful information when you create an account, submit files, or request support.

Keep access private and secure

Credentials should belong to the intended user or organization. Linked family visibility should only be used where that sharing is genuinely authorized.

Treat planning as guidance

Prawisse can help structure decisions and workflow, but universities, APS authorities, embassies, and other institutions still make the final decisions.

Your mandatory rights still apply

Nothing in these terms is meant to remove rights that cannot legally be limited or waived under applicable consumer or contract law.

Exploration tools

Explore Programs

Use this service to shortlist, compare fit, and organize readiness inputs. It should reflect the real applicant profile and real decision context.

  • Program results, notes, and planning outputs are advisory tools, not admits, rankings, or official institutional determinations.
  • You remain responsible for checking official eligibility, deadlines, fees, language requirements, and document rules before acting.

Collaboration inquiries

Partners

Use this page for real collaborations about institutions, language support, services, student support or workflow enablement.

  • Only authorized representatives should submit on behalf of an organization, partner, or institution.
  • When you submit an inquiry, it does not automatically create a partnership, exclusivity, or commercial commitment.

Support and questions

Contact

Use Contact when you need service-specific help, account clarification, or practical guidance on what should happen next.

  • Only submit the files and personal information reasonably needed for the support request.
  • Do not upload harmful, unlawful, misleading, or unauthorized material through the contact page.

Access management

Sign in and access

Use only approved credentials for the correct workspace and access route.

  • If you invite a parent or request student-parent linking, you confirm that you are authorized to share that progress context.
  • Credentials must stay private. Shared passwords, impersonation, or access outside the intended role structure are not allowed.

Detailed Terms

Clear, practical terms for every service.

Clear service terms, rights, and responsibilities.

01

Acceptance, eligibility, and scope

These terms apply to the Prawisse website, account flows, planning tools, support services, partner inquiry pages, uploads, and related communications connected to those services.

In practice

If you use the site or continue using it after changes, these terms apply to the parts of Prawisse you choose to use.

  • By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and any service-specific conditions that clearly apply to a service or offering.
  • If you are under the age required to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, the platform should be used only with a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms.
  • If a service later introduces specific commercial terms, pricing terms, or refund terms, those specific terms control where they directly conflict with this general page.
  • Nothing in these terms is intended to limit non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
02

Accounts, identity, and linked access

Accounts must be created with accurate information and used only by the intended person or authorized organization. Prawisse may request more details to confirm identity or service fit.

In practice

Student, parent, partner, and institutional access should reflect the real person or organization using the account.

  • Students should use their own primary email for the core workspace unless a clearly supported linked-access flow says otherwise.
  • Parent visibility or invitation flows should be used only where the family intends shared progress visibility and has authority to create that link.
  • You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for promptly informing Prawisse if you believe unauthorized access or misuse has occurred.
  • Prawisse may suspend, restrict, or remove access if account details are false, outdated, misleading, duplicated for abuse, or used in a way that bypasses the intended role structure.
03

Guidance tools, explore flows, and outcomes

Prawisse helps organize admissions planning, service selection, document readiness, APS preparation, timing, and support decisions. It does not control the final outcome of outside institutions or authorities.

In practice

The platform helps you prepare better, but it cannot promise admits, approvals, or processing outcomes from third parties.

  • University admits, scholarship awards, APS outcomes, visa approvals, and immigration decisions remain with the relevant institutions and authorities.
  • Explore Programs outputs, shortlists, and recommendations are structured guidance based on available inputs and should not be treated as guarantees or official legal advice.
  • You are responsible for reviewing official university and government requirements before relying on a planning outcome or taking a consequential step.
04

Contact submissions, uploads, and communications

Messages, files, screenshots, documents, briefs, and other material shared with Prawisse must be lawful, relevant, and reasonably necessary for the request being made.

In practice

Only send what is useful, accurate, and appropriate for the page or service you are using.

  • You must not upload malware, malicious code, infringing materials, fabricated records, private third-party information without permission, or content that is abusive or deceptive.
  • Support and inquiry responses may be prioritized, declined, or limited depending on relevance, volume, readiness, or operational capacity.
  • Using Contact, email, phone, or linked communication channels does not guarantee a specific response time, support result, or escalation outcome.
05

Partner and institutional inquiries

Partnership discussions are exploratory unless and until a separate written agreement is executed. The inquiry page exists to evaluate fit, not to create binding commitments automatically.

In practice

A partner inquiry starts a conversation. It is not, by itself, an approved partnership or commercial agreement.

  • Any person submitting on behalf of a partner, university, training provider, or service organization represents that they have authority to begin that discussion.
  • Prawisse may reject, pause, or discontinue partner conversations where the submission is unclear, misaligned, incomplete, misleading, or commercially unsuitable.
  • Statements made in a partner inquiry do not override later commercial agreements, due diligence requirements, or service-specific onboarding checks.
06

Platform content, intellectual property, and permitted use

The platform design, workflows, copy, graphics, brand elements, and service materials are owned by Prawisse or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

In practice

You may use the product for its intended purpose, but you may not copy or commercialize the platform itself without permission.

  • You may use the platform for your own internal planning, support, admissions workflow, or approved organizational use only.
  • You may not copy, resell, scrape, republish, rehost, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit platform content, workflows, or branded materials without written permission.
  • If you believe your rights have been infringed on the platform, contact Prawisse with enough detail for a practical review and response.
07

Third-party services, disclaimers, and limitation of liability

Some platform functions may depend on third-party infrastructure, forms, communications, or linked sites. Those dependencies can affect availability and may be governed by separate third-party terms.

In practice

Prawisse is responsible for its own platform conduct, but not for outside institutions, linked websites, or third-party systems it does not control.

  • Prawisse is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or conduct of universities, embassies, payment providers, linked websites, or other third-party services outside its control.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prawisse is not liable for indirect, consequential, reputational, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
  • Nothing on the platform creates a guarantee of admission, migration, employment, partner acceptance, or uninterrupted service availability.
08

Suspension, termination, and updates

Prawisse may investigate misuse and may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where platform integrity, user safety, legal compliance, or operational trust require it.

In practice

If the platform is being misused, Prawisse may act to protect users, the service, and legal compliance, while applying the process reasonably and proportionately.

  • Access may be limited or removed for breach of these terms, misuse of account flows, harmful uploads, false information, IP infringement, or other conduct inconsistent with the platform’s intended use.
  • Where appropriate and practical, Prawisse may warn, investigate, or request correction before suspension, but it may act immediately where safety, fraud, abuse, or legal risk requires it.
  • Prawisse may revise these terms as products, legal obligations, or workflows change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised version from its published effective date.
  • If you do not agree with a revised term, stop using the affected services and contact support if a clarification is needed.
